Habakkuk 2:14
The earth is and has been filled with violence, evil, corruption, perversion and extortion. There are glimpses of goodness that we see depending largely on where we live and the influence that brave people with Godly values have had. The bad things in the world can be overwhelming and frightening. The future can appear menacing and terrifying at times. As followers of Jesus, we hold onto the hope that one day all the past, present and future world will know the goodness of God as He brings about the end of the world as we know it to usher in one full of only joy, peace, truth, justice and purity. This will be the future for anyone who accepts the goodness of God now. Later maybe too late.
