The Story
With all the bad and evil things happening in the world we can doubt that God is doing anything. A common question asked of Christians is “How can a good God allow evil and suffering?” Often it is hard to answer that question, especially when we are going through tough times as well and we can’t see God, feel his presence or hear his voice.
This song real and honestly states I don’t know why all things things happen, it doesn’t make sense and they shouldn’t be happening. I don’t know why…But… I do know who – I do know that God sent his son into this hurting world to show us that this world is not all that there is and that there is a better way, a better world to be a part of even here and now.
A day is coming when this world will pass away, there will be no more sadness, sickness or sin. There is hope for the future in the midst of pain, There will be judgement for the corrupt, the evil and unrighteous. and everything will be right and good and holy. We will need to be ready though, and be trusting in Jesus to be our Saviour from the cleansing that will happen.
