Genesis 8:22 “As long as the earth endures, seedtime and harvest, cold and heat, summer and winter, day and night will never cease”
I picked most of our delicious and sweet donut peaches a couple of days ago. Sometimes they are ready in late December, sometimes in January but always in Summer. The tree might lose its leaves in April or May but always in Autumn. The lines between seasons may not always be exact but they are always there. Thank God that despite the uncertainty in the world, the seasons are consistent and so is day and night. We can rely on this promise and continue planning and planting, regardless what else is going on.
