Life can get complicated and some people seem to live more complicated lives than others. The complication is generally related to self gratifying financial, relational or chemical related decisions. Often two or more of these decision types work together and begin a snowballing effect eventually causing a complicated mess. What can start with a selfish or poor financial decision can lead to relational breakdown. What can start as a self centred decision in a relationship can lead to tension and eventual breakup between those involved. Unresolved issues then carry through to future relationships making them complex and many times unworkable. More often than not a chemical dependence can be the start or result of financial or relational turmoil. There are not many who enjoy a complicated life and many can not see their way out of the tangled mess they have either created themselves or been subjected to by others. At the same time there are not many who actively decide to change their life by turning to Jesus to be rescued. He offers healing and a simpler, more purposeful, fulfilling financial and relational life. There might be some tough decisions to make but He promises to make our paths straight.
