
Unless you are trying to lose weight or have had a health scare, physical fitness is one of those things that takes a fair bit of motivation. Many of us make plans to be fit or even make a start. Usually there is something that stops us from carrying out or carrying on. Perhaps it is a warm bed on a cold morning or the pain we feel afterwards or we get busy or we just dont feel up to it today. One day deferred turns into two then into a week, month and sometimes longer before something motivates us again. It can be the same with prayer, reading the Bible, developing healthy habits or going to church. Our intentions can be good but there is always something that comes up. The results of physical fitness can change our life but spiritual fitness can change it even more.
