Faith is usually associated with spirituality and can be looked down upon as some sort of superstition. In reality though all of us express faith in many things everyday. We trust in something we cannot see, hope in something we cannot understand and depend on something we cannot explain. Computers, mobile phones, microwaves, airplanes, WiFi, the wind, gravity and electricity all have some element of mystery but we go about our lives depending on these things to work. Our faith in these is based on them working as they were expected to. Faith is God is not blind superstition because for those who dare to trust in God you will see Him work in and around your life even though He cannot be seen.
Now faith is being sure of what we hope for, being convinced of what we do not see.
